Shari was born in California and has called Upstate New York her home for the past years. She lives at Promises Kept, a rescue farm that provides refuge to animals who have been cast aside.

Shari has been working with leather to create horse tack for 40 years, and has more recently discovered a passion for crafting bags and accessories. Her favorite part of leather craft is that one can take a piece of leather and work with it to make a beautiful piece of art.
